AT&T Store

Rarely do I feel compelled to write a review about the service I receive, but the service I received from Malcolm and Tate at this store yesterday (Dec 3rd) cannot go unnoticed. Yesterday, I purchased a phone from this store and shortly after returning home, I realized that my apps were not syncing correctly. I called the store and returned so that Malcolm could take a look at the problem, which was only 15 minutes before closing time. Unfortunately, resolving the issue proved to be more complicated and could not be solved within 15 minutes. However, without any hesitation, Malcolm and Tate stayed after closing hours to do everything they could to resolve my issues. This was crucial as I had a business trip the next day. Both Malcolm and Tate worked diligently to fix the problem, maintaining a positive attitude and a smile on their faces, even when I became a bit frustrated. I cannot express enough gratitude for their exceptional customer service, positive demeanor, and willingness to help, even staying well past their closing time without hesitation. Absolutely outstanding customer service! Thank you!!!

Mack was amazing!! I went in to pick out a new phone and he showed me all of the best options and told me about special discounts. He was so helpful and had great conversation. Two other people were helpful to me that day too but I didn’t get their names :( best AT&T store!

This place tried the classic bait n switch. We had a screen malfunction. Apple stores would charge us $301 to get it fixed. Prior to agreeing to that I took it to AT&T. They talked us into upgrading to a new phone to fix the problem. That did not fix the problem we had to actually take the phone to Apple stores which fix the problem paid $301. Later that evening, we took the upgraded phone from AT&T back. They charged us $55 restocking fee and admitted that they could not give us an upgraded phone until our other phone was fixed which cost us $301. Classic bait and switch.

Went in with a pretty complicated transfer from Verizon to AT&T. Mack and Claire were awesome! They walked us through ALL of our options and helped us get the 2 phones, hot spot and transfer of our numbers with patience and great attitudes. Very glad we went to this store.

It was a great experience with Lukas. He was personable, knew his stuff and helped me even though there were some roadblocks. He offered solutions and even helped lower our bill. And my daughter was all over the place and he helped entertain her. Above and beyond.
